Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.

If your order is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging, you are eligible to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.sentsual@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and work quickly to provide a suitable solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
